Tell us what you're going for and this builds your estimate as you go — hair and installation, itemised, no guessing. Then send it to yourself and book your consultation.
Not sure? Choose the one that sounds closest — we'll confirm the right method for your hair at the consultation.
Both are certified in the Veiled method. Choosing here gives you an exact number instead of a range — you can still decide at the consultation.
Density and length. One pack of hair covers one row.
So we walk into your consultation already knowing what you want. Nothing here is sent anywhere until you choose to send it.
This is the single thing that shortens your consultation most. With good photos we can work out how much hair you need and start matching your colour before you sit down.
Up to 8 photos. They upload as soon as you pick them.
Attach them to the email when you tap Send to the salon below — your estimate and answers come across with them.
Real prices from our menu — not a placeholder. Installation is shown as a range because it depends on which of our stylists you sit with; we'll confirm your exact number at the consultation.
Choose a method above and your estimate appears here.
Estimates are based on our current menu and the Veiled Reserved hair line. Your final quote is confirmed in person, because density, your natural length and the colour you're matching to all move the number. Hair is always priced separately from the service.
The part of this industry nobody explains to you before you spend the money.
Most extension hair on the market is processed before it is ever sold. The cuticle — the outer layer that makes hair behave — is softened or stripped in an acid bath, and a silicone coating is applied over the top.
That coating is what you feel when you hold it. The shine, the slip, the weight of something expensive. It washes out. And what is underneath is hair with its cuticles running in different directions, catching on each other like two strips of velcro. That is the matting. The dryness. The ends that quietly thin. The colour that fades months before it should.
Coated hair looks its best in the box and at the mirror. Six weeks later is when you find out what you bought — and by then it is installed and paid for.
The industry grades it: virgin, Remy, machine Remy, "new Remy", non-Remy. All of it is human hair. It is not the same product, and the label rarely tells you which one is in the bag.
Bulk-collected hair is pooled from many donors, which is exactly how you end up with cuticles pointing in opposite directions — and why it needs heavy chemical processing to look uniform at all.
Processed hair is measured in months. Properly sourced hair is measured in a year or more. Cheaper hair bought twice is not cheaper.
We buy one grade, and we only install hair that came from us — cuticle intact, aligned, running one direction. Nothing here is coated to feel like something it isn't.
That is why your estimate reads the way it does. You are not paying for a set of hair. You are paying for the year.
The consultation is prepaid, and it is credited back to you when your service is completed.
You book your consultation online at a time that suits you.
We contact you with a payment link for the $50 consultation. It is prepaid — the appointment is confirmed once it's paid.
You come in. We colour-match, check your density, agree the method and give you your exact quote.
Your $50 is credited back against your service when it's completed. A 50 % non-refundable deposit books your install and orders your hair.
The deposit is non-refundable because your hair is custom-ordered and colour-customised for you specifically. Payment plans are available through Cherry and Afterpay — see payment plans. Our cancellation policy applies to all appointments.
