Cancellation Policy

Every appointment is custom-prepared — the hair we pre-order, the color we hand-mix, the time we block exclusively for you. Our cancellation policy reflects what it takes to deliver that level of service, and to be fair to the clients on our waitlist.

Business Hours

Our business hours are Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM. All cancellation notice windows below are measured in business hours, not calendar hours. We are closed Sundays and Mondays — cancellation messages received outside business hours are treated as received the next business morning.

Cancellation Fee

Cancellations made with less than 48 business hours' notice are subject to a 75% cancellation fee, charged to the card on file. This includes same-day cancellations and no-shows.

Cancellations made with more than 48 business hours' notice incur no charge — reschedule freely.

Deposits

Extensions, color corrections, Brazilian Keratin, and any service over three hours require a non-refundable deposit at booking through Square Appointments. The deposit is credited to your service on the day of your appointment. If you cancel with less than 48 business hours' notice or no-show, the deposit is forfeited.

Late Arrivals

If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten, modify, or reschedule your service. Arrivals more than 30 minutes late are treated as same-day cancellations and are subject to the 75% cancellation fee.

Rescheduling

You can reschedule at no charge if you give us at least 48 business hours' notice. Reschedule requests made inside the 48-business-hour window are treated as cancellations and are subject to the 75% fee.

Illness

If you are sick, please let us know as soon as possible — we will work with you to reschedule without penalty. Coming in sick puts our team and other guests at risk, and we will not perform service on someone visibly unwell.

Refunds on Services

All services are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for completed services under any circumstance. If you have concerns about your service, please contact us directly — we are always happy to discuss your experience.

Product Returns

Unopened retail products purchased through our website may be returned within 14 days for store credit. Opened products are non-returnable for sanitation reasons.

Use the link in your Square Appointments confirmation email or text, call or text us at (407) 257-6093, or email info@willwyattconcept.com. Messages received outside business hours (Tuesday – Saturday, 9 AM – 7 PM) are considered received the next business morning.
