🚫 CANCELLATION, DEPOSIT & LATE POLICY – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY 🚫
At Will Wyatt Concept, your time—and ours—is highly valued. To protect our artists’ schedules and ensure exceptional service for every guest, the following policies are strictly enforced:
🔒 DEPOSITS FOR EXTENSIONS, BALAYAGE & HIGHLIGHT SERVICES
- A 50% deposit is REQUIRED to book large services like hair extensions, balayage, or highlights.
- This deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-TRANSFERABLE, and NOT applicable as credit in the event of cancellation or rescheduling.
- It secures your appointment time and compensates for the reserved time slot.
📅 CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY (LARGE SERVICES)
- We require at least 7 BUSINESS DAYS' NOTICE to cancel or reschedule any appointment involving extensions, balayage, or highlight services.
- Notice must be submitted via TEXT MESSAGE or WHATSAPP ONLY, or canceled/rescheduled via our online booking system or mobile app.
- Requests sent outside business hours or on non-business days will be considered received the next business day.
🕒 BUSINESS HOURS
Tuesday – Saturday | 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
🚫 Cancellation/rescheduling requests sent on Sundays or Mondays will NOT be accepted or answered.
💳 CANCELLATION FEES FOR ALL OTHER SERVICES
- More than 48 hours notice: No charge (excluding non-refundable deposits).
- Less than 48 hours notice: 75% of the scheduled service will be charged.
- Same-day cancellations: 75% charge.
- No-shows: 100% of the scheduled service will be charged.
⏰ LATE ARRIVALS
- We ask that you arrive 10 minutes early to ensure a full, relaxed experience.
- Clients arriving 15 minutes or more after their scheduled appointment time will be marked as a no-show, and the full cancellation fee will apply.
- Late arrivals may also forfeit the ability to receive the full service booked, depending on the stylist’s availability.
💳 REFUND POLICY – ALL SALES FINAL
At Will Wyatt Concept, we take pride in the time, artistry, and premium products used to deliver every service. Because of the custom nature of our work and the time reserved exclusively for each client:
We do not offer refunds on any salon services.
All services are non-refundable. If there is ever a concern with your result, we encourage you to communicate with us within 5 days of your appointment, and we will assess the situation and determine if an adjustment is appropriate—at the salon’s discretion.
🔁 Adjustments do not apply to a change of mind, new requests, or attempts to recreate inspiration photos not previously discussed or agreed upon.
