Appointment Rules
To ensure every guest at Will Wyatt Concept enjoys the unhurried, luxury experience our reputation is built on, please review the following policies before your visit.
Arrival
Please plan to arrive 5–10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require us to reschedule, as we run an intentionally tight schedule to honor every client's time.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require 48 hours' notice for any cancellation or reschedule. Changes made within 48 hours of your appointment forfeit the deposit on file. No-shows are charged 100% of the service price to the card on file. Please see our cancellation policy for full details.
Consultations
Extension appointments and color corrections begin with a complimentary consultation. We strongly recommend booking your consultation before any extension or transformation service so we can prepare correctly and pre-order the right hair.
Children & Guests
For the comfort and safety of all clients, we ask that you not bring children or additional guests to your appointment. The salon is a sanctuary — keeping the space calm is part of the experience.
Pricing
All pricing on the website and at your consultation is a starting price. Final pricing is confirmed at the consultation based on density, length, and condition of your hair. Add-on services (toner, treatments, blowouts) are quoted before they begin.
Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required to book extensions, color corrections, and chemical services. The deposit is credited toward your service total on the day of your appointment.
Aftercare
Your extensions, color, or treatment is an investment. We provide written aftercare instructions and recommend professional home-care products. Following the aftercare plan is required to maintain warranties on hand-tied and Veiled Bead Extensions.
