Now Hiring · Orlando, FL
A Chair Built For Stylists Who Refuse To Be Average.
Orlando's only VBE-certified salon is opening four chairs to experienced extension and color stylists. Kérastase + Oribe exclusive. Mentorship from Will Wyatt. A clientele that already pays $250–$1,000 per visit.
Why The Best Stylists Come Here
You're Skilled. You're Booked. But You're Paying Booth Rent To A Salon That Gives You Nothing Back.
No brand. No mentorship. No premium product line. No one fighting to put your name in front of new clients. That's not a career — that's a lease.
Will Wyatt Concept is the opposite. You get the brand, the method, the products, the marketing engine, and a mentor in your corner — so the chair you rent is the chair that grows you.
What You Get
Five Things You Won't Find At The Chain Salon Down The Street.
VBE Certification, Included
Our patented Veiled Bead Extension method. Normally a paid course. Free with your chair — and tied to your active rental, so the certification grows with you.
Kérastase + Oribe Access
Two of the most respected luxury hair brands in the world, exclusive to our salon in this market. Use them on the floor. Retail them at full margin.
Mentorship From Will
Twenty-plus years on the floor. Trained in Brazil. Miss Florida USA's stylist — twice. You don't just rent space. You get coached.
A Brand That Markets For You
A $1,000+/month ad budget. 164 five-star reviews. A working DM-to-book funnel. Walk-ins, online bookings, and bridal referrals already flow through the door.
Premium Clientele
Average ticket $250 to $1,000. The clients who walk through our door expect — and pay for — luxury. You won't be discounting to fill chairs here.
Cerene & CBNB Halo
Our retail brand (Cerene Cosmetics) and stylist course (CBNB) both funnel clients and visibility back to your chair. You ride the whole ecosystem.
The Deal
The Numbers, In Plain English.
No fine print. No "we'll talk about it later." Here's what you're agreeing to — and what we're agreeing to.
All-in: station, color bar, wash, laundry, towels.
All active while your chair is.
No quotas. No mandatory hours.
You own every client you bring and retain.
Kérastase · Oribe · Cerene.
VBE training, brand immersion, IG playbook.
Final rate negotiated on coffee chat number two. We don't ghost. We don't lowball.
Honest Filter
Is This You — Or Is This Not You?
We'd rather lose your application now than waste both our time on a coffee chat that goes nowhere. Read both lists.
Have a book. Even a small one. Ten loyal clients minimum.
Specialize in extensions, balayage, color correction, or bridal.
Take craft seriously — continuing ed, technique obsession, the works.
Treat Instagram as part of the job, not a chore.
Want a brand bigger than you to plug into.
Care about details — tones, transitions, finish.
Just finished cosmo school. We're not your first chair.
Discount to compete. Wrong market, wrong room.
Hate being coached. Mentorship is a feature, not a flaw.
Want to be left alone in a corner. This is a culture, not a closet.
Run a kitchen side-hustle doing $100 tape-ins. Pick a lane.
Show up "whenever." Premium clients book in advance. So do we.
The Mentor
You're Not Renting A Chair. You're Getting Will.
Most salon owners disappear into the back office once you sign. Not here. Will is on the floor, in the trainings, in your DMs, and — if you're stuck — at the chair next to you breaking down what's not landing.
Credentials

Questions, Answered
The Things Every Stylist Asks Before Applying.
Both. You bring your book — those clients stay yours, full stop. We also run a paid ad funnel and have a steady stream of new bookings. The first 90 days, Will personally helps route appropriate new clients to your chair while you build.
The certification is tied to your active rental at Will Wyatt Concept. We invest serious time and IP teaching it — it stays a competitive moat for the salon. If you ever leave, you keep the skill, but the certification status and right to advertise as VBE-certified ends. We're upfront about this on day one.
Week one: VBE training intensive plus brand immersion. Week two: you're behind the chair with your existing book. Weeks three through twelve: weekly check-ins with Will, Instagram content support, and gradual ramp on new-client routing. By day 90 you should be booking twenty-five-plus clients per week if you're hungry.
You'll be VBE-trained, and that's the method we promote. You can offer your other certifications privately to your book — we just won't market non-VBE work under the salon brand.
[CONFIRM]% commission on every Kérastase, Oribe, and Cerene product you sell. With our average ticket and the take-home regimen we coach, top stylists add $400 to $800 per month on retail alone.
No non-compete on you as a stylist. We do ask for a six-month no-VBE-marketing clause if you leave — you can't claim VBE-certified at your next salon. That's the only restriction.
For exceptional candidates, yes. We offer a $1,000 to $2,000 relocation stipend, paid at your day-90. Mention it on the application.

Five Minutes. Then We Talk.
Be honest. We're not looking for the most polished application — we're looking for the right stylist. Your Instagram handle does most of the talking.
